I liked learning about the residents, the hours, and being able to make and use my own inventory system.
What I wish was different
I wish we had received hazard pay, overdose and medicaid assistance training, and that the residents would have had more support from the city to get social services, medical assistance and other essential needs for the residents who desperately needed them.
Advice
This was the most rewarding and difficult work I have ever done.

What I liked
I loved my boss and the partners I was able to work with. My boss trusted my abilities and I truly felt apart of the team even though there for the summer.
