We’re looking for a motivated Engineer-in-Training (EIT) to join our Land Development team in Phoenix.

What You'll Do:

  • Assist in preparing plan sets and construction documents using AutoCAD/Civil 3D
  • Support design tasks including drawings, specs, reports, and project deliverables
  • Work closely with engineers and other team members across disciplines
  • Apply your problem-solving skills and contribute design input
  • Collaborate and learn in a team-oriented, mentorship-focused environment

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
  • Registered EIT or ability to obtain EIT within 6 months
  • 1+ year of land development design experience (internships count!)
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD/Civil 3D
  • Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn
