As an Insurance Sales Agent with Cohen Velasquez Agency, you will play a pivotal role in helping families secure financial protection and peace of mind. This position is ideal for self-motivated individuals who thrive in a performance-driven environment and are passionate about building relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Connect with prospective clients through referrals, networking, and company-provided leads.
• Conduct personalized consultations to recommend appropriate life and health insurance solutions.
• Explain policy options and address client questions to ensure informed decisions.
• Build and maintain lasting client relationships with exceptional customer service.
• Meet or exceed sales goals to contribute to team success.
• Stay informed on industry trends, products, and compliance standards.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required.
• Must hold or be willing to obtain a state life and health insurance license.
