Learning & Evaluation Associate
Learning & Evaluation Associate
20 hours
Part-Time, Non-exempt
The Organization
Peninsula Conflict Resolution Center (PCRC) was established in 1986 by a small group of concerned residents who wanted to help their neighbors resolve disputes. PCRC is often called on by local leaders, community organizations, government entities, and community residents to facilitate tough conversations, leading towards a shared sense of empathy, accountability, and increased trust. Based on society’s growing awareness of the stark inequities that exist today between the privileged and marginalized, PCRC’s work is more pertinent than ever – a time where empathy, healing, and effective communication are needed more than ever.
We envision a world where people advance equity, practice empathy, and understand each other’s differences. Our mission is to partner with the community to reduce violence, increase civic engagement, and strengthen community resilience through collaborative and innovative processes.
