Position Overview
We are hiring an Outside Sales Representative to grow our presence with schools, athletic programs, youth leagues, and clubs in the Jacksonville area. This is a field-based role focused on building relationships, generating new business, and managing existing accounts through in-person visits and consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new accounts with schools, athletic directors, coaches, and league organizers
• Conduct in-person sales meetings and product presentations
• Manage a local territory and grow existing customer relationships
• Achieve sales goals through new business and account expansion
• Coordinate with internal team on orders, samples, and customer needs

Ideal Candidate

• Prior sales experience (outside sales, B2B, or territory sales preferred)
• Athletic background strongly preferred (college, high school competitive sports, or coaching experience is a plus)
• Self-motivated, competitive, and comfortable working independently in the field
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required
• Passion for sports and working with local teams and programs
