IT Manager/Full Stack Engineer

The IT Manager/Full Stack Engineer maintains and manages the computer systems and all technology-related components of a Chapter 13 Trustee office. This office utilizes bankruptcy software written specifically for trustees. The IT Manager/Full Stack Engineer is responsible for the systems, software, hardware, telephone system and all technology requirements of the office.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversee, maintain and manage all network hardware and software systems, Azure cloud-based servers and case management software
  • Align technology initiatives with the Trust's business goals, identify necessary upgrades and manage IT budget.
  • Ensure compliance with legal standards and managing disaster recovery procedures.
  • Maintain system integrity, security protocols and compliance
  • Develop and modify reports and queries using SQL and Crystal Reports
  • Identify and enhance processes ensuring efficiency utilizing secure AI tools.
  • Maintain contracts for services provided through third party vendors
  • Manage partnerships with technology vendors, ISP's, software and case management providers.
  • Set up all new hires with technology needs as well as deployment of new technology
  • Provide excellent customer service to 27+ end users
  • Assist with after-hours issues
  • Other duties as needed

The ideal candidate will have:

  • College degree, however, we are willing to consider candidates with applicable work experience and certifications
  • Experience with hardware and software and deployment of various technologies
  • Proficiency in SQL and Crystal Reports
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong work ethic and desire to learn

Computer Skill Requirements

  • Proficiency with MS Office and Crystal Reports
  • SQL and SSRS

Physical Requirements

  • Walking, bending, crawling, and reaching above and below waist
  • The ability to lift approximately 20 pounds

Other Requirements

  • Ability to prioritize assignments and maintain organization
  • Budgeting and procurement of all IT systems
  • Self-motivated and dedication to job completion
  • Able to work outside normal business hours when required
  • Able to work autonomously

This position is 100% onsite while training but can move to hybrid schedule

Salary: Dependent on experience
