Insurance Account Manager
The Whit Blanchard Insurance Group is an independent agency seeking to hire an outgoing and career-oriented professional to join our team of associate agents. The applicant will create relationships in the local community to promote Property and Casualty Insurance products and services for personal and business risks.
Responsibilities
- Assist the agency in managing existing clients with policy changes, billing and cross-sell opportunities.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify client needs and market appropriate products and services.
As an Account Manager, you will receive:

Requirements
- Sales Experience (outside/inside sales representative, retail sales associate) preferred
- Ability to critically think and solve problems in a fast-paced office work environment
- Enthusiastic to work in the insurance sales industry, assisting others to protect their assets and livelihoods against unexpected perils.
- Detail oriented
- Self-motivated
- Experience in a variety of computer applications, particularly Windows
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Property and Casualty license (must obtain within 30 days of employment)
- Life & Health license (optional, but great for additional commission)
