At Bright Now! Dental, supported by Smile Brands, you'll focus on delivering exceptional endodontic care while we handle the day-to-day operational responsibilities. With a built-in referral base, dedicated support teams, and the resources of a leading dental organization behind you, you'll have everything you need to practice at the highest level of your specialty.
What You'll Do
- Provide endodontic treatment and specialty care
- Diagnose and treatment plan complex cases
- Collaborate with referring doctors and clinical teams
- Deliver an exceptional patient experience and outstanding outcomes
Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Endodontic Specialty Certificate
- Active DEA License (or in process)
Compensation
Production-based compensation with average daily production ranging from $8,000-$10,000+.
