ReJuv Health is seeking a friendly, compassionate, and highly organized individual to join our growing team as a SoftWave Therapy Technician.

This is more than a traditional front desk position. You will work directly with patients, perform SoftWave therapy treatments after completing paid training and certification, manage patient communication, support daily office operations, and help create the exceptional experience that distinguishes ReJuv Health.

The right person will enjoy connecting with people, supporting patients throughout their care journey, and contributing to the growth of an innovative health and wellness practice.

No medical license or college degree is required. We are prepared to train the right person.

Primary Responsibilities

SoftWave Therapy and Patient Care

• Complete paid SoftWave training and certification

• Perform SoftWave therapy treatments according to established clinical protocols and under the direction of ReJuv Health’s Clinical Director

• Welcome patients and help them feel comfortable, informed, and cared for

• Explain the SoftWave treatment process within the scope of your training

• Accurately document treatment information and patient interactions

• Monitor the patient experience and communicate relevant questions or concerns to the Clinical Director

• Educate and encourage patients to remain consistent with their recommended care plans

• Protect patient privacy and maintain appropriate professional boundaries

Patient Communication and Scheduling

• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments

• Answer telephone calls, emails, text messages, and general patient questions

• Follow up with prospective patients, current patients, and patients who have missed appointments

• Assist with appointment reminders, care plan follow up, and patient reactivation

• Help patients understand available treatment packages and membership options

• Maintain accurate information in ReJuv Health’s scheduling, practice management, and customer relationship management systems

Payments and Membership Support

• Process patient payments accurately

• Clearly explain pricing, payment options, and membership benefits

• Assist with membership renewals and patient retention

• Support practice growth through excellent service, consistent follow up, and relationship building

Social Media and Community Engagement

• Assist with creating social media content for ReJuv Health

• Record short videos, educational content, patient testimonials, and behind the scenes material

• Obtain proper patient authorization before recording or publishing patient content

• Help maintain the practice’s social media and promotional calendar

• Assist with community events, patient appreciation activities, and local outreach efforts

• Represent ReJuv Health professionally at community and business events

Office Operations

• Maintain a clean, organized, professional, and welcoming environment

• Clean and prepare treatment rooms and SoftWave equipment between patients

• Monitor treatment supplies and communicate restocking needs

• Assist with daily opening and closing responsibilities

• Work closely with Dr. Chad, ReJuv Health specialists, and the ownership team to deliver a high quality patient experience

Computer and Technology Skills

The successful candidate must have basic computer skills and be comfortable using technology throughout the workday, including:

• Patient scheduling and practice management software

• Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Email, text messaging, and digital communication platforms

• Customer relationship management software

• Electronic payment processing systems

• Smartphones and common social media applications

• Accurate electronic data entry and patient documentation

Previous experience with healthcare scheduling or patient management software is preferred but not required. Training will be provided on ReJuv Health’s specific systems. Candidates must be comfortable learning new software and resolving basic technology issues.

Preferred Background

We are especially interested in candidates who:

• Currently work in healthcare, wellness, fitness, chiropractic care, rehabilitation, hospitality, or customer service

• Are pursuing education in healthcare, nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, exercise science, sports medicine, marketing, communications, business, or a related field

• Have experience with patient scheduling, reception, social media, content creation, or customer follow up

• Have worked successfully in a patient facing or customer facing role

Previous healthcare experience is helpful but not required. Character, communication skills, dependability, and willingness to learn are more important than a particular degree.

Position Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Ability to complete ReJuv Health’s paid SoftWave training and certification

• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email, patient scheduling software, and other common office technology

• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and follow all applicable privacy requirements

• Professional appearance and communication

• Ability to remain on your feet and move throughout the clinic during scheduled shifts

• Willingness to participate in occasional community events and promotional activities

• Ability to maintain a dependable and consistent work schedule

Compensation and Growth

• Starting compensation of $20 to $24 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

• Bonus opportunities based on individual contributions and overall company performance

• Individual performance may be evaluated through patient experience, reliability, follow up consistency, care plan support, operational performance, teamwork, and other established goals

• Company performance bonuses may be based on the overall growth, financial performance, patient retention, and success of ReJuv Health

• Performance bonuses are discretionary and are not guaranteed compensation

• Paid SoftWave training and certification

• Part time schedule with the opportunity to grow into a full time position as ReJuv Health expands
