We offer a PAID CDL training programs in the following locations: 

  • Provo, UT
  • Rexburg, ID
  • Alaska

What You’ll Do 

  • Drives a motorcoach, providing narrated tours and information to the passengers
  • Performs inspections on vehicles and basic mechanical duties
  • Maintains required daily documentation according to the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMSCA) Regulations
  • Participate in HAP’s safety culture to ensure a safe workplace for all team members and a safe vacation experience for all guests

What’s Required 

  • Hold a current, valid U.S. driver’s license for a minimum of 3 years and have a clean driving record that meets company safety standards
  • Must be certified as physically qualified through a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical and drug screen. You will also be entered into our random drug testing program
  • A minimum age of 21 years is required for your CDL
  • Pass a pre-employment background check.
  • Dedicated to delivering excellent customer service to all guests, coworkers, and vendors
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States. Holland America-Princess is currently unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas (e.g., H-2B status)

What You’ll Need:  

  • Ability to safely drive a motorcoach while speaking to passengers, answering questions, and providing narration
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work, and keep attention to time constraints, while working in a team or group environment
  • Ability to lift 55 lbs/25 kg.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while achieving daily goals
