We offer a PAID CDL training programs in the following locations:
- Provo, UT
- Rexburg, ID
- Alaska
What You’ll Do
- Drives a motorcoach, providing narrated tours and information to the passengers
- Performs inspections on vehicles and basic mechanical duties
- Maintains required daily documentation according to the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMSCA) Regulations
- Participate in HAP’s safety culture to ensure a safe workplace for all team members and a safe vacation experience for all guests
What’s Required
- Hold a current, valid U.S. driver’s license for a minimum of 3 years and have a clean driving record that meets company safety standards
- Must be certified as physically qualified through a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical and drug screen. You will also be entered into our random drug testing program
- A minimum age of 21 years is required for your CDL
- Pass a pre-employment background check.
- Dedicated to delivering excellent customer service to all guests, coworkers, and vendors
- Must be eligible to work in the United States. Holland America-Princess is currently unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas (e.g., H-2B status)
What You’ll Need:
- Ability to safely drive a motorcoach while speaking to passengers, answering questions, and providing narration
- Ability to organize and prioritize work, and keep attention to time constraints, while working in a team or group environment
- Ability to lift 55 lbs/25 kg.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while achieving daily goals
