My Aquatic Services is seeking a driven and knowledgeable Construction Sales Representative to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be selling our high-quality products and services and ensuring superior customer experience. You will play vital part in connecting our Service, Finance, and Construction Teams to deliver comprehensive solutions to our customers.

Founded in 1991 as a hot tub rental company, My Aquatic Services has grown into a trusted provider of pools, spas, and aquatic therapy solutions across the region. Serving both residential and commercial clients, we specialize in unique, high-quality installations that transform outdoor spaces. With a renewed focus on commercial construction development, we are continuing to grow and we’re looking for talented individuals to grow with us.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Lead sales of all products, including pools, spas, and recreational aquatic equipment.
- Monitor and enhance sales processes, meeting Industry standards and customer expectations.
- Collaboratively work with the sales team, maintaining company policies and contributing to a supportive environment.
- Consistently communicate with the Sales Director for optimal customer care and strategy alignment.
- Demonstrate expertise in the aquatic leisure industry, creating solutions and being accountable for responsibilities.
- Coordinate and participate in industry-specific shows and fairs for strategic sales planning
- Have deep knowledge of financing programs, including Aqua Advantage, and manage show specials,, inventory, pricing strategies, and contracts.
- Assists the service writer with information for show set ups, deliveries, and sales-related events.
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers, providing industry-standard service.
- Address customer inquiries, guiding them to the right products and services.
- Manage financial transactions and maintain accuracy in billing and receipts.
- Oversee inventory levels, ensuring the availability of top-quality products.
- Educate customers on promotions and product benefits in the aquatic leisure.
The Ideal Candidate Should Possess:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a four-year college or university, preferably in a field that offers a well-rounded background. Additional coursework in management and problem-solving techniques (e.g. Statistical Quality Control/Statistical Process Control) is advantageous.
- General understanding of construction processes (site prep, permitting, pool installation, etc.)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships
- High level of organization, follow-through, and attention to detail
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or site plans (a plus)
- Proficient with CRM systems and basic office software
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Schedule & Location:
- Full-time, Monday to Friday
- Work hours typically between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Occasional evenings/weekends for client meetings or events
- In-person role based in West Fargo, ND with local and regional travel to client sites across ND, SD, and MN
- Relocation Assistance Potential if moving to the area
