What You'll Do
As a Legal Field Representative, you'll professionally deliver legal documents on behalf of attorneys, law firms, businesses, corporations, and government agencies.
Responsibilities include:
- Serve legal documents at residences, businesses, and other approved locations
- Plan efficient daily driving routes
- Make multiple service attempts when necessary
- Accurately document every assignment using your smartphone
- Take required photographs and maintain detailed records
- Communicate with our office regarding completed assignments and case updates
- Print legal documents as needed
- Represent Legal Papers Inc. professionally in the field

Minimum Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable personal vehicle
- Current vehicle registration
- Current auto insurance
- Smartphone with internet access
- Ability to print legal documents
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Evening and weekend availability is preferred, as many individuals are home outside traditional business hours
Compensation
$20–$50+ per hour
This is a 1099 independent contractor position. Legal Field Representatives are paid weekly and enjoy the flexibility of working as independent contractors while managing their own schedules.
Compensation is based on completed assignments, productivity, territory, and availability.
Many experienced Legal Field Representatives significantly increase their earnings by accepting additional assignments and expanding their availability.

During downtime between service assignments, you'll have the opportunity to help grow Legal Papers Inc. by introducing our services to local law firms, businesses, property management companies, collection agencies, and other organizations that regularly require process serving.
If one of your referrals becomes a client, you'll earn additional commission based on that client's ongoing business with Legal Papers Inc.
This optional opportunity allows motivated team members to create an additional income stream while helping expand our client network. The more relationships you build, the greater your long-term earning potential.
