Wutabon, Inc. is a workforce development organization that provides immigrants and other underserved individuals with employment pathways and integrated social services to support their personal and professional growth. As a sister organization to QARI (Quincy Asian Resources, Inc.), a not-for-profit social service organization founded in 2001, we work together to build innovative workforce models that empower immigrant workers and strengthen employer partnerships across Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and New York.
To strengthen our community impact, we are seeking a Program Supervisor to support the planning and delivery of adult education, workforce, and outreach programs across Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and/or New York City. This role will be responsible for recruitment, participant coaching, community outreach, and ongoing program feedback. The ideal candidate is passionate about serving immigrant communities, excels in outreach and engagement, and can bridge gaps between community needs and available services.

Location: Quincy, MA
Key Responsibilities:
Outreach & Community Engagement:
- Conduct outreach and relationship-building with local businesses, houses of worship, schools, and community-based organizations.
- Table at community events, local markets, and high-traffic areas to promote QARI/Wutabon programs.
- Serve as a passionate liaison connecting clients to QARI’s integrated services in workforce development, adult education, health, and wellness.
- Lead or support the planning and implementation of workshops, classes, and outreach events to inform and engage the immigrant workforce.
Participant Support & Program Delivery:
- Provide case management support, including assistance with applications, documents, and translation services.
- Serve as an advisor and mentor for participants in ESOL, citizenship, and family literacy programs.
- Identify participant needs and connect them to appropriate resources internally and externally.
- Support enrollment, onboarding, and retention of participants across all service areas.
Program Monitoring & Continuous Improvement:
- Collect and document participant and partner feedback through surveys, focus groups, and informal check-ins.
- Maintain accurate and organized records for outreach, engagement, and service delivery.
- Capture learnings and help refine program design based on client needs and experiences.
- Participate in ongoing certification and training programs to ensure services remain relevant and impactful.
- Support grant reporting, especially related to the DOL and other key funding sources.
Collaboration & Leadership:
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure coordinated service delivery.
- Support recruitment, training, and coordination of volunteers for outreach and community events.
- Lead special initiatives or pilot projects in collaboration with strategic partners (e.g., health centers, higher education institutions).
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required.
- Bilingual in English and at least one of the following strongly preferred: Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese), Vietnamese, Spanish, Portuguese.
- Demonstrated experience in community engagement, outreach, or case management.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong time management and project coordination abilities.
- Comfortable using technology platforms (Google Workspace, Zoom, Microsoft Office).
- Public speaking and presentation skills are a plus.
- Ability to work evenings/weekends as needed.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between sites.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting or standing during outreach events.
- Ability to lift up to 15 lbs (e.g., outreach materials, event supplies).
- Frequent local travel required.
