Right Spot Wellness is seeking a compassionate, professional, and motivated Licensed Massage Therapist to join our growing integrative healthcare team. We are a multidisciplinary wellness clinic dedicated to helping patients achieve optimal health through chiropractic care, massage therapy, acupuncture, functional medicine, wellness coaching, and holistic healthcare services.
As a Massage Therapist at Right Spot Wellness, you will work alongside healthcare providers in a collaborative environment focused on pain relief, recovery, mobility, stress reduction, and overall wellness.

Responsibilities
- Perform professional therapeutic massage services tailored to individual client needs
- Conduct client assessments and maintain accurate treatment notes
- Collaborate with chiropractors, nurse practitioners, and other wellness professionals to support patient care plans
- Educate clients on self-care, stretching, recovery techniques, and wellness practices
- Maintain treatment room, equipment, and supplies according to clinic standards
- Adhere to all state and local licensing requirements and professional ethical standards
- Support clinic events, community wellness initiatives, and promotional activities when applicable
Preferred Modalities
Experience in one or more of the following is preferred:
- Deep Tissue Massage
- Swedish Massage
- Sports Massage
- Prenatal Massage
- Trigger Point Therapy
- Stretch Therapy
Qualifications
- Current Massage Therapy License in the State of Minnesota (or ability to obtain prior to employment)
- Graduate of an accredited Massage Therapy program
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for holistic health and patient-centered care
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Current CPR Certification preferred
