Members Club House Associate

Members Club House Associate

Part-Time | Reports to House Manager

Who We Are

BatonBaton is the first-ever membership club for early teens focused on self-expression, emotional wellbeing, creativity and connection.

Designed for ages 11-14, BatonBaton is a place for kids to retreat after school to socialize, create, recharge, and build confidence through wellness experiences, creative labs, and community-driven programming featuring the creators and voices they already follow.

Opening in Sherman Oaks Fall 2026, BatonBaton combines hospitality, wellness, and community into an entirely new kind of after-school experience.

The Role

The House Associate is one of the most important roles within BatonBaton.

As a House Associate, you are a highly visible presence throughout the club and play a key role in creating a welcoming, safe, organized, and engaging environment for members and families. You help bring the BatonBaton experience to life each day by supporting operations across multiple spaces, assisting members, maintaining house standards, and ensuring every guest interaction reflects our values.

This is a dynamic role for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in fast-paced environments, and takes pride in creating exceptional experiences through hospitality, attention to detail, and teamwork.

No two shifts look exactly the same. One day you may be welcoming members at check-in, while another may involve supporting a creative workshop, assisting in the member lounge, restocking supplies, or helping execute a special event.
