Work-Life Balance

  • Paid for 40 hours while working approximately 39 hours per week
  • Clinic closes at 5:00 PM on Fridays
  • Option for 4-10 hour days but also can adjust schedule with minimum of two evenings per week until 6:00 PM
  • Generous PTO package:
    • 15 days PTO during years 0–5
  • Flexible scheduling when patient care allows

  • Prompt EMR with templates and AI-assisted documentation
  • Documentation expected within 48 hours
  • Surface computer provided for efficiency and flexibility

What You'll Do

  • Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions
  • Educate and empower patients to achieve their goals
  • Collaborate with therapists, assistants, physicians, and community providers
  • Complete accurate and timely documentation
  • Participate in team meetings and professional development activities

Productivity Expectations

We prioritize quality patient care over unrealistic productivity demands.

  • Target productivity: 80%
  • No penalties for falling below benchmark expectations
  • Bonus opportunities available for exceeding productivity goals
  • Typical scheduling:
    • 60-minute evaluations
    • 40-minute treatment visits
    • Clinical discretion encouraged based on patient needs

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Doctor of Physical Therapy program
  • Missouri Physical Therapy License or eligible for licensure
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Desire to learn, grow, and contribute to a team environment
  • New graduates encouraged to apply
