The Position: 

 

Under the direction of the Corporate Counsel, the Contract Analyst will review, analyze, edit and negotiate all incoming and outgoing contracts for our family of five companies.

Role and Responsibilities

Main responsibility will be reviewing, subcontracts, service, access, and material agreements; equipment rental agreements, pre-bid reviews, internal contract templates and other legal contracts and agreements

Assisting with drafting agreements using standard templates

Conducting legal and governmental research

 

Requirements: 

Paralegal Degree or Certificate

Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record

At least 3-5 years of experience desired

 

Preferred Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication, conflict management, interpersonal and negotiation skills

Experience using DocuSign and the Microsoft Office Suite

Strong sense of urgency; good time management and organizational skills

Ability to prioritize competing needs of the legal department while managing a high volume of work
