Sales Executive – Electronic Certification Technology Location: Remote / On the Road Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation: Base + Commission Territory: Texas (additional territories based on performance)

What You'll Own
- Cold call, prospect, and open doors into top-tier county governments — Clerks of Court, County Recorders, County Clerks, and IT leadership
- Own the full sales cycle from first contact through close and onboarding
- Build genuine, lasting relationships with elected officials, department heads, and C-level stakeholders
- Maintain a qualified pipeline at 5x your ARR quota
- Show up — at county offices, industry events, and anywhere decisions get made
- Respond to RFPs and craft compelling proposals that win
- Turn new clients into enthusiastic, referenceable accounts
- Keep CRM records current and deliver accurate forecasts
- Partner with product and technical teams to tailor solutions that land

Mandatory Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Political Science, Public Administration, or a related field — or equivalent demonstrated experience
- At least one internship, part-time role, or documented experience involving direct sales, client-facing work, canvassing, account management, or business development
- Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally and confidently with senior decision-makers — in any setting, including campus, civic, or community leadership
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote and field-based environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in public sector, government, or GovTech sales
- Familiarity with Clerks of Court, County Recorders, or County Clerk offices
- Background in B2B, cybersecurity, or SaaS sales
- Experience navigating government procurement and RFP processes
- Working knowledge of CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Familiarity with local government sales cycles in Texas, California, or Illinois
