Personal Assistant to CEO

Job Title: (Executive) Personal Assistant to the CEO
Location: Franklin Dental Care and Dentures
Employment Type: Full-Time
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM | Occasional weekends or evenings as needed

Salary and Compensation: $20 – $25/hour, depending on experience

Position Summary

The Executive Assistant to the CEO plays a critical role in the success of Franklin Dental Care and Dentures by supporting the CEO in managing day-to-day operations, schedules, and strategic initiatives. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of handling sensitive information with discretion.

The ideal candidate will have excellent time management, clear communication, and the ability to anticipate needs. This is a high-trust, high-impact position that bridges leadership and team operations.

Objectives

  • Manage CEO’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements with efficiency and foresight
  • Serve as a liaison between CEO and staff, vendors, partners, and external organizations
  • Prepare, proofread, and edit communications, reports, agendas, and presentations
  • Track projects, create to-do lists, and ensure follow-ups and task completion
  • Handle confidential emails, calls, and documents with utmost professionalism
  • Respond to communications via email on behalf of the CEO
  • Coordinate meetings, take notes, and track performance metrics across departments
  • Maintain records of CEO goals, meetings, and initiatives in structured formats
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion with assigned tasks
  • Help plan and support internal and external events, conferences, and strategy days
  • Collaborate with office managers and department leads to ensure effective execution of CEO priorities
  • Assist in creating and monitoring systems that promote efficiency, culture, and accountability

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2+ years experience in an Executive Assistant, Operations, or high-level Admin role
  • Previous experience in healthcare, nonprofit, or startup environments is a plus
  • Familiarity with Dentrix, QuickBooks, or CRM tools is a bonus

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to sit at a computer for extended periods (4–6 hours)
  • Occasional travel between local sites
  • Strong verbal communication and writing skills
  • Ability to manage digital files and office equipment efficiently
