Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate
Location: Fairbanks, AK
Pay: $18–$20/hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Schedule Split: 2 days warehouse / 3 days delivery

TDL Staffing is seeking a reliable and hardworking Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate to support daily operations. This position combines hands-on warehouse work with local deliveries, making it a great fit for someone who enjoys staying active, working independently, and contributing to a fast-paced team.

This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in their work. Previous warehouse or delivery experience is helpful, but not required—candidates who are coachable, have a strong work ethic, and communicate well with others will be successful in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse Operations

  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer and wholesale orders
  • Assist with production and packaging, including labeling and sealing products
  • Prepare materials and organize supplies for daily operations
  • Maintain organized inventory and storage areas
  • Ensure packaging meets quality standards
  • Keep warehouse clean, safe, and efficient

Delivery Responsibilities

  • Deliver orders to local customers and retail partners
  • Load and unload delivery vehicles safely
  • Follow assigned routes and delivery schedules
  • Verify delivery receipts and documentation
  • Provide friendly, professional customer service during deliveries
  • Maintain delivery vehicle cleanliness and coordinate basic upkeep

Minimum Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift and move up to 75 lbs and remain active throughout the workday
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Background screening is a part of the hiring process for this position
  • Must be able to successfully pass background screenings required for access to secure locations, including airport and military facilities
  • Support a drug free work environment
