Family & Children’s Agency (FCA) is seeking a Licensed or License-Eligible Clinician to join our Intensive In-Home Child & Adolescent Psychiatric Services (IICAPS) team. In this role, you will provide community-based therapy and crisis intervention for children, adolescents, and families while helping stabilize families and prevent unnecessary hospitalizations or residential placements.

What You’ll Do
- Provide in-home therapy and crisis support for children, adolescents, and families
- Manage a caseload of 8–10 families using a strength-based treatment model
- Conduct assessments, treatment planning, and clinical documentation
- Collaborate with a Mental Health Counselor and multidisciplinary treatment team
- Coordinate care with schools, providers, and community partners
- Participate in a rotating on-call crisis response schedule
Qualifications
- Master’s degree required in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- Licensed or license-eligible (LCSW, LMSW, LPC, LMFT)
- Experience working with children, adolescents, and families preferred
- Strong crisis intervention and clinical assessment skills
- Ability to provide home-based services and work with diverse populations
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
