Responsibilities
- Perform daily acquisitions skills, maintenance, and mastered skills as directed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA’s) and the developed plan of care using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) methods
- Collect and complete all data sheet, and progress notes daily
- Follow behavior plan, individualized treatment plan, and reinforcement schedule as prescribed
- Clear communication with the parents and caregivers on treatment goals
- Assist with problem solving and improve efficiency and moral
- Maintain appropriate communication with supervisors and management regarding case management, scheduling, status and updates
- Adhere to policies and procedures of Attain ABA
Qualifications
- High school diploma is a must
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is a plus
- Have one-year work experience (preferred)
- Prior positive interaction and experience with the pediatric population
- Attention to detail
- Must possess excellent communication skills both written and oral
- Maintain a positive, open, and objective attitude towards others
- Need to have clearance with Background Check
- Must be 18 years of age
- Need to have reliable transportation
