Ideal Candidate:

  • Current Washington State PT licensure (or ability to obtain)
  • Strong knowledge of physiology and medical terminology

Responsibilities

  • Provide specialized rehabilitation services for injured workers
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess physical abilities and limitations
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care
  • Educate clients on rehabilitation processes and return-to-work strategies
  • Maintain accurate, compliant documentation of patient progress
  • Stay current with evidence-based practices in physical therapy
