Position Summary:

NWI Nashville, LLC is seeking a motivated intern to support manufacturing and operations initiatives. This role offers hands-on exposure to process improvement, operational workflows, and cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic aerospace environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with documentation of processes and procedures.
• Observe and support manufacturing operations, including structural assembly.
• Help identify opportunities for workflow improvement.
• Participate in team meetings and support operational projects.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

• Pursuing a degree in Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
• Interest in process improvement, manufacturing, and operational excellence.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
