Position: Pharmacist (Entry-Level / Early Career)

This is an excellent opportunity for a pharmacist early in their career who is looking to grow into leadership. Full training, onboarding support, and ongoing mentorship are provided, including support in learning 340B processes, hospital workflows, and operational best practices.

Relocation assistance is available for candidates moving to Milan, MO.

 

What You’ll Do

• Support daily pharmacy operations, including medication dispensing and patient counseling.
• Learn hospital pharmacy workflows, safety processes, and quality standards.
• Assist with medication management, inventory, and regulatory documentation under supervision.
• Gain exposure to 340B program requirements with full training provided.
• Collaborate with nurses, providers, and care teams to support safe and effective medication use.
• Participate in developing and improving pharmacy procedures and workflows.
• Contribute to a positive, patient-focused environment and support team operations.
• Assist with vendor communication, documentation, and other pharmacy support tasks.
• Perform additional duties as needed while learning the full scope of hospital pharmacy operations.
