Marketing Support Coordinator

Position Summary

This role serves as dedicated marketing support for Loan Officers across our local mortgage retail branches, providing essential Tier 1 assistance in areas such as CRM utilization, marketing asset coordination, and social media support. The Marketing Support Coordinator ensures timely, accurate, and brand-compliant execution of marketing activities that help drive lead generation, customer engagement, and overall business growth.

 

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for Loan Officers seeking marketing assistance, including campaign setup, collateral requests, and platform troubleshooting.

Assist with the creation, customization, and distribution of marketing materials such as flyers, email templates, social media assets, and event collateral.

Ensure all marketing content adheres to brand guidelines and compliance standards, including disclosures and licensing requirements.

Coordinate with dedicated marketing team to escalate Tier 2 and Tier 3 support issues when necessary.

Assist with local event planning and execution, including promotional materials and logistics.

 

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in marketing support, preferably in financial services or mortgage industry.

Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital platforms, and CRM systems.

Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing tools (e.g., Salesforce, Total Expert, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).

Familiarity with compliance requirements in mortgage marketing is a plus.
