Business Developer | Outside Sales

$56k + Uncapped Commission | Santa Ana, CA | Full-Time

We’re searching for a Business Developer who thrives in a fast-paced, face-to-face environment and is excited to build real, lasting relationships with business leaders across Costa Mesa, Fountain Valley, Huntington Beach, Newport Beach and Santa Ana.

You’ll be out in the field daily, making meaningful connections and creating new business opportunities that drive impact.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Visit businesses daily—in person—to introduce our services and uncover hiring needs
  • Build trust and rapport with local business owners and hiring managers
  • Learn their pain points and provide tailored workforce solutions
  • Collaborate with our internal recruiting team to deliver exceptional service
  • Represent Express Costa Mesa with professionalism, integrity, and heart in every interaction

What You Bring to the Team:

  • A natural connector who thrives on face-to-face engagement
  • Strong sense of ownership and the drive to win
  • A proactive, get-it-done attitude with the confidence to walk into any business
  • Strong communication and follow-through skills
  • 1–2 years of B2B, outside sales, or community-facing experience preferred
  • Staffing experience is a BIG plus but not required
