Seasonal Sales Associate – Role Overview

As a Seasonal Sales Associate at Topdrawer, you are the face of our brand during the busiest and most festive time of year. From November through mid-January, you will welcome customers, share product stories, and create a warm and inspiring shopping experience. You’ll play a key role in helping customers discover thoughtful gifts, creative rituals, and timeless tools for intentional living.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a mission-driven, design-focused brand and gain experience in a high-volume retail environment.

Please note: Seasonal employees must be available to work throughout the duration of the holiday season (November – mid-January). Requests for time off during this period cannot be accommodated.

Customer Experience & Community

  • Deliver a warm, personalized customer experience during peak holiday shopping
  • Share product knowledge and stories that reflect Topdrawer’s values
  • Create an inviting and joyful environment for customers and teammates alike

Team Support

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth, high-energy store operations
  • Model service standards for new seasonal hires
  • Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and supportive workplace

Store Operations & Merchandising

  • Assist with restocking, visual displays, and maintaining store cleanliness
  • Ensure merchandise presentation reflects craftsmanship and design
  • Support seasonal product launches and store refreshes

Sales & Business Support

  • Contribute to personal and store-level sales goals
  • Maintain accuracy and service excellence at the point of sale
  • Stay informed on product knowledge and promotions

Compensation & Seasonal Details

  • Seasonal, part-time hourly role
  • $16–$19/hour, based on experience
  • Monthly Sales Commission Opportunities
  • Employment runs from November 2, 2025 – January 11, 2026
  • No time-off requests will be approved during this period
