Your Responsibilities
Conduct new patient evaluations/exams
Establish diagnoses and create individualized care plans with clear goals
Deliver interventions and exercises; measure and track outcomes
Educate patients on home care and continuation of therapy
Supervise PTAs, aides, or students as appropriate
Contribute to clinic operations, community lectures, and provider marketing events
What You’ll Bring
Graduate of an accredited PT program, with active MA license (or eligibility)
Ability to thrive in an outpatient rehab setting with autonomy
Passion for helping patients with orthopedic, sports, spine, pelvic, vestibular, balance, neurological, and fall-risk issues
1+ year of outpatient ortho/neuro or vestibular rehab experience preferred but not required
Pelvic health experience a plus, but training is available
Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn
