Thrive Wellness is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our Occupational Therapy team. We believe that Occupational Therapy is a key part of mental health treatment and recovery. Thrive Wellness of Reno is a specialized interdisciplinary clinic that offers fully integrated care for Eating Disorders, Obsessive Compulsive and Anxiety Disorders, and Perinatal Mental Health. We are seeking someone passionate about working on interdisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment with all ages on life skills, social skills, and ADLs. We are currently offering a $3,000 signing bonus for Occupational Therapists. The Occupational Therapist reports to the Lead Occupational Therapist and is responsible for providing clients and their families with therapeutic services to help them develop and improve their occupational engagement in a spectrum of settings including partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and outpatient.

Qualifications

• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from a college or university with an accredited Occupational Therapy program (Master’s preferred)
• Requirements
• Must pass a federal background check at hire and every 3 years
• Must adhere to a drug-free workplace
• Demonstrate maturity of judgment, attitude, and life skills
• Must demonstrate an ability to adapt to change and remain flexible
• Must be a strong team player that works well in a busy environment
• Must have strong communication skills and be upbeat, positive, and professional when interacting with clients, providers, and fellow co-workers
• Must have excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, as well as the ability to effectively prioritize and manage your time unsupervised & independently

Schedule

Monday to Friday, flexible hours

Compensation & Benefits

• Job Type: Full-time
• Pay: $50.00 – $60.00 per hour (based on experience and credentials)
