Sales Manager
What You’ll Do
As a Business Intern, you’ll support day-to-day operations and gain hands-on experience across our core business functions:
Client Relations & Support
Assist agents and advisors with appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and client intake
Help prepare client-facing materials—presentations, policy summaries, investment overviews
Marketing & Outreach
Contribute to social media content calendars and weekly email newsletters
Research lead generation tactics, local networking events, and referral opportunities
Data & Operations
Update and maintain client records in CRM and policy management systems
Assist in tracking metrics—new clients, quotes issued, policies sold, prospect pipeline
Strategic Projects
Support market research for new insurance or investment product offerings
Propose efficiency improvements to internal workflows and client onboarding
What We’re Looking For
Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable with technology; experience in Excel, CRM, Google/Microsoft Office is a plus
Proactive problem-solver who can work independently and as part of a team
Interest in financial services, client-centric sales, or consulting
