Fitness Manager - 43 Locations Across 9 States

Team & People Management-Assistant Fitness Manager:  

• Assist with the onboarding and development of the new and existing Personal Trainers
• Schedule out and conduct mentor time with Personal Trainers
• Delivers structured and standardized PT presentations and fitness assessments (VFP’s), consistent with corporate standards to ensure the attainment of the fitness goals 
• Develops lead generation strategies with team

Member Experience-Personal Training:

• Establish and maintain a personal training client base
• Deliver safe, professional, exciting and comprehensive personal training programs to ensure clients are satisfied with their workout program and remain motivated to attain their personal fitness goals
• Maintain knowledge and promote Edge Fitness programs, services, and products
   

What You’ll NEED:
 

• Must possess a current PT certification or obtain one within 60 days of employment. (NASM, NSCA, ACE, ISSA, NFPT)
• A related University degree (in Exercise Science, Exercise Physiology or Kinesiology) or equivalent experience strongly preferred
• Current CPR & First Aid are required and must be maintained through employment

• Ability to work with a sense of urgency
• Ability to work flexible hours, as necessary during closeouts or end of month
• A “roll up the sleeves” mentality
• Proven track record of achieving and/or exceeding sales goals
• Strong communication (oral and written), interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Demonstrated ability to motivate and influence all levels of the organization
