What I liked
The company culture at Ross is so great! Everyone was super helpful and really wanted to see the interns succeed. There is a lot of teamwork evident in the divisions but the buying position is also very competitive. This internship taught me a lot of skills that I can use in my professional career, whether I end up going the retail route or not.
